Chloride (NaCl)의 함량을 적게하여 실험하고자 하는 경우에는 5g만 첨가된 LB Agar Low Salt [MB-L4477] 제품을 사용하시면 됩니다. (High
Salt는 NaCl 10g 첨가)

10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 35.0 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to
boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15
minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well. Pour into tubes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
