해야하는 미생물이므로, 미호기조건을 맞춰 배양해야 하며, 별도의

Jar를 함께 구매하여 배양하면 됩니다.

PROCEDURE
Suspend 27.61 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or
deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by
autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Aseptically
add 50 mL of Horse Blood Lysed (MB-H1885) and 2 vials of Campylobacter
Selective supplement, Bolton (MB-C2505). Mix well. Pour into tubes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room
temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and
use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or
contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
