상품 상세설명 Detail Product
* 먹는물 수질공정 내 살모넬라/쉬겔라 균을 검출하기 위한 배지입니다.
* 위의 시험법에 따라 실험하고자
하는 경우에는 3배농도로 제조하시면 됩니다.
* 해당 배지는 가열멸균 배지로서, 과하게 가열하는 경우에는 배지의 색이 진하게 변하므로 선택성을 없앨 수 있습니다. (균은 자라나 살모넬라의 경우 배지의 색이 짙게 변하므로 선택성이 떨어짐)

10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 23.0 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized
water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Over heating will destroy the selectivity. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water
bath. Mix well. Pour into tubes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room
temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and
use it before the expiry date on the label. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
* If stored for a long time dehydrated medium, the color
of dehydrated medium and prepared medium may be darken. But performance of
medium is not affected. The color change can be delayed during storage by sealing
using a zipper bag, etc.

문제가 없습니다.)
