* 식품공전 제 2020-578호(2020.12.23)에 추가된 시험법인 4. 27. 비브리오 패혈증균(Vibrio vulnificus)와 비브리오 콜레라(Vibrio cholerae) 시험법에 기재되어있는 배지입니다.

PACKAGE

* CPC Agar Modified supplement (MB-C0814) 또는 CC agar supplement (MB-C0817) 중 선택하여 필수 첨가

* 식품공전 규격에 따라 실험하는 경우 CPC Agar Modified supplement (MB-C0814)로 첨가

* CPC Agar Modified supplement - 첨가 시 식품공전 101번 배지 mCPC 한천배지와 동일

* CC agar supplement

PROCEDURE

Suspend 50.08 G of powder in 900 mL of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Aseptically add 2 vials of CPC Agar Modified supplement (MB-C0814) or 2 vials of CC Agar supplement (MB-C0817). Mix well. Pour into petridishes

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
