Xanthomonas campestris pv. armoracieae
(Xcarm) – ELISA Kit
This ELISA test is a qualitative serological
assay for the detection of Xanthomonas campestris pv. armoracieae (Xcarm), the
causal agent of bacterial leaf spot of canola and Xanthomonas leaf spot of
crucifers, in bacterial cultures and plant vascular tissue streams. Xcarm is a
member of the Xanthomonas genus known for having 27 plant disease causing
species able to infect 400 different plant species.
