PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

트립토파나아제를 생성하는 미생물이 인돌, 피루브산, 암모니아에서 트립토판을 가수분해하며 인돌의 존재는 강한 녹색 색상을 나타내는 알데히드 지시약을 첨가함으로 알 수 있습니다. 이 검사는 Proteus 종을 구별하고 대장균을 추정적으로 식별하기 위해 사용할 수 있습니다.

PROCEDURE

• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다.

• 멸균된 루프를 사용하여 순수 배양된 의심 집락을 스틱 끝에 접종합니다.

• 시약 2방울 접종한 뒤 즉시 파란색에서 청록색으로 변하는지 결과를 확인합니다.

STORE

Keep Indole Test Sticks at 2-6°C in their original packaging protected from sunlight. Keep them away from sources of heat and avoid excessive temperature fluctuations. In these conditions, Indole Test Sticks are valid until the expiry date shown on the label. Do not use them beyond that date. Dispose of them if they show signs of deterioration (sticks changes color).
