INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS

The presence of yellow precipitation indicates a positive result: presence of not pathogenic Listeria species Absence of yellow coloration indicates negative results: presence of Listeria monocytogenes

PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

리스테리아 모노사이토제네스를 제외한 모든 Listeria 종은 기질인 ABN(Aminoacil-β-Naftilamide)를 가수분해하는 효소인 아미노펩티다아제를 생성합니다. 이 시험은 기질 ABN이 함침된 종이 디스크에 Listeria 종의 박테리아 현탁액을 넣고 배양한 뒤 효소가 있는 경우 노란색으로 나타납니다.

PROCEDURE

• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다.

• 키트에 Physiological solution [MB-20095] 0.2mL를 첨가합니다.

• 멸균된 루프를 사용하여 순수 배양된 의심 집락을 접종하고 잘 섞습니다.

• 36±1℃에서 12시간에서 최대 48시간까지 배양합니다.

• 이후 튜브에 ABN 디스크 하나를 넣고 36℃에서 4시간 동안 배양합니다.

• 시약 2방울을 넣고 색상 변화를 관찰합니다.

STORE

Keep Listeria-mono Test at 2-6°C in their original packaging protected from sunlight. Keep them away from sources of heat and avoid excessive temperature fluctuations. In these conditions Listeria-mono Test are valid until the expiry date shown on the label. Do not use after expiry date. Dispose of them if they show signs of deterioration.
