PROCEDURE
1. Prepare a smear of the culture on a slide. Air dry to
fix with gentle heat.
2. Drop the Spore Stain Solution A entire slide.
3. Steam the slide for 3-6 minute, and rinse under
running tap water.
4. Drop the Spore Stain Solution B for 30 seconds to
counterstain.
5. Wash the slide, dry and observe under oil immersion
lens.
STORE
Store at room temperature in its original pack. Keep away from sources of
heat and avoid excessive changes of temperature. Use until the expiry date
indicated on the label. Eliminate without using if there are signs of deterioration.
The product can be shielded from light.
