* pH를 3.0~3.5로 조절하여 배지를 제조하고 싶은 경우에는 Tartaric acid [MB-T1103] 제품을 함께 구매하여 제조하시면 됩니다.

PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) [MB-P1102]

Medium used for the cultivation and enumeration of yeasts and molds from foods and other materials.

* Equally use with MFDS (MB-P1102K), KP (MB-P1102P), USP, EP and KFCC (MB-P1102C).

PACKAGE

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.
* pH 조절을 원하시는 분은 Tartaric acid를 넣으시면 되며, 해당 제품은 멸균되어 있는 제품입니다. (별도구매)

* 세균의 성장을 억제하기 위해 Chloramphenicol supplement를 선택적으로 첨가할 수 있습니다.

PROCEDURE

Suspend 39.0 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well. Pour into petri dishes. If necessary, adjust the pH to 3.5 ± 0.1 by adding a sterile solution of Tartaric Acid (MB-T1103).

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
