* MacConkey Sorbitol Agar Plate 로 생배지 제작을 요청하시는 경우, 기본으로 C.T. supplement 가 첨가되지 않은 견적이 진행될 수 있으니, 식품공전에 따라 실험하시는 경우 꼭 첨가제 첨가여부를 말씀해주셔야 합니다. (첨가되는 경우 제품명은 TC-SMAC Plate로 변경됩니다.)

MacConkey Sorbitol Agar [MB-M1108] 

Medium used for the isolation and cultivation of Escherichia coli O157: H7.

* Equally use with MFDS (MB-M1108K), NIER (MB-M1108N) and TC-SMAC (Tellurite Cefixime-Sorbitol MacConkey Agar) (MB-T0883K).

* 식품공전, 먹는물 수질공정 규격, TC-SMAC (Tellurite Cefixime-Sorbitol MacConkey Agar) (MB-T0883K) 과 동일한 제품입니다.

PACKAGE

*500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.

 * C.T. supplement (선택 첨가 – 별도 구매 필요) : 첨가 시 식품공전 66번 배지 TC-SMAC 한천배지와 동일

PROCEDURE

Suspend 50.03 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. If necessary, aseptically add 2 vials of C.T. (Cefixime Tellurite) supplement (MB-C0760) (TC-SMAC Agar). Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
