PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
Urea Rapid Test는 Proteus, Klebsiella 및 특정 효모에서 생성된 요소 분해 효소를 검출하는 데 사용되는 키트입니다. 이 효소를 생성하는 미생물은 요소를 암모니아, 물 및 이산화탄소로
가수분해하며 암모니아 생성물이 있으면 배지가 알칼리화 되고 노란색에서 빨간색으로 색상이 변하게 됩니다. 음성
반응은 튜브에 노란색이 나타나며 양성 반응은 빨간색으로 표시됩니다.
PROCEDURE
• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다.
• 멸균된 루프를 사용하여 순수 배양된 의심 집락을 튜브에 접종합니다
• Vaseline oil을 2~3방울 첨가합니다.
• 35±2℃에서 4~24시간 동안 배양 후 결과를 확인합니다.
STORE
Store Urea Rapid Test at 2 - 6°C away from light in its original package,
until the expiry date shown on the label. Keep away from sources of heat and
avoid excessive changes of temperature. Do not use after expiry date. Dispose
of them if they show signs of deterioration. Eliminate if signs of
deterioration or contamination are evident.
