Ribgrass Mosaic Virus (RMV), TVCV, WMoV & YoMV – ELISA Kit (질경이모자이크바이러스)

This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Ribgrass mosaic virus (RMV), Turnip vein-clearing virus (TVCV), Wasabi mottle virus (WMoV), and Youcai mosaic virus (YoMV) in crops including vegetables and ornamentals. This test will detect RMV, TVCV, WMoV, and YoMV but will not differentiate between them. RMV, TVCV, WMoV, and YoMV are members of the Tobamovirus genus known for their rod-shaped virus particles.

RMV, TVCV, WMoV, and YoMV are classified as a subgroup 3 Tobamovirus. This classification was designated based on common host range and serological cross-reactivity due to amino acid composition of coat proteins. This subgroup has an ever-expanding host range that includes multiple plant families containing numerous species of ornamental and horticultural crops.
