Tobacco Streak Virus (TSV) – ELISA Kit (담배줄무늬바이러스) (TAS)
This ELISA test is a qualitative serological
assay for the detection of Tobacco streak virus (TSV) in ornamental and
vegetable leaves. TSV is a member of the Ilarvirus genus known for their
non-enveloped, quasi-spherical-shaped virus particles. The test demonstrates
cross-reactivity with Strawberry necrotic shock virus (SNSV), therefore, can
also be used as a detection tool for SNSV.
